If you would like to obtain an artwork that is on view on this website, please follow these steps:
About the sale
Contemporary artworks in ¡Que Viva! Artes, Timeless Turns, and our Estate Art Selections exhibitions are available for sale to the online public beginning June 10. Prices are set by the artists, who have generously agreed to donate a portion of the proceeds to benefit Couse-Sharp Historic Site. As works are sold, they will be marked SOLD on their gallery webpage and will be removed from the purchase form.
Purchase form
To make purchase arrangements for available works, fill out the form below, which will submit your inquiry to CSHS staff for confirmation and processing. If more than one inquiry is received, the one with the earliest timestamp after 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time June 10 will have the first opportunity to buy. Should a sale not close, subsequent inquiries will be offered the opportunity, in the order they were received.
Payment
Staff will contact you to arrange payment. You may pay by cash (in person), credit card, or PayPal; for purchases over $10,000, we also accept ACH and wire transfers. Credit card and PayPal transactions incur a 3% upcharge to cover our processing fees. If you prefer to deliver or mail a check, we require a credit card payment of 10% of the purchase price to hold the work until the check arrives; this payment will not incur the 3% fee.
Pickup and shipping
You are welcome to pick up your purchase in person after the exhibition closes. In the case of ¡Que Viva! Artes and Estate Art Selections, artwork will become available after June 18. In the case of work on exhibit in Timeless Turns, artwork will be released after November 15. If you need the artwork shipped, crating/boxing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser; arrangements will be made with staff subsequent to the sale.
